At USC the Student Services Office, which is responsible for student-related administrative tasks and provides and coordinates a variety of academic and non-academic services. Our goal is to provide services that will enhance the academic and personal well-being of our students. We also serve as a liaison between students and faculty/administration.
The Student Services Office provides administrative assistance from pre-admissions through graduation if applicable. This includes such services as recruitment, admissions, registration, financial aid and scholarship information, career counseling (pre & post veterinary education), event coordination (White Coat ceremony, Oath and Hooding ceremony), assistance with campus services (student health, counseling centre, legal services) and other programs that address the needs of our students.
We hope that your association with our office and the college will be pleasant and resourceful. The milestone for the USC Team for Educational Services is to link between students and prestigious educational institutions and universities in abroad and foreign countries.
The company created and established in 1997 in Jordan to provide various academic advisory services and education consultancy for Arab students, which they are interested in completing their higher education and university studies in the US, UK, Russia, Ukraine, Cyprus, Azerbaijan, Egypt and European countries. The main aim is to provide academic services and consultancy that claim to get the student the best educational opportunities and to ensure maximum benefit from their studies abroad.
USC extended their services to include the provision of acceptances academically for students in language institutes and universities in various disciplines and academic levels, we have the ability to assist students in selecting the country and the specific academic major, specialization of scientific manner and benefit the student's level of education of the university.
USC team developed the relations and communications with their partnership in colleges and universities to improve the top quality of offered various different students services, such accommodation, transportation, ……etc. Among the ancillary services provided by the institutions to provide housing and transportation in some countries that offered by the institutions/ universities.
Also, our services extend beyond the provision of acceptances and to provide opportunities for students and help them overcome any difficulties that might arise during the stage of acceptance.
The Student Service performs planning, program development, and grant administration functions for the Higher Education programs; the Child Care Access Means Parents in School program; the Legal Educational Opportunity program; Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs (GEAR UP); the College Access Challenge Grant Program; the Graduate Fellowships Programs; and the offered Scholarship Program.
The service defines and articulates program goals and objectives; identifies and implements policy changes needed to achieve goals and objectives; evaluates program effectiveness; develops and updates policy manuals, program regulations, and proposed legislative amendments; prepares program budget requests; and prepares an annual funding schedule and funding strategy, incorporating the secretary's goals and objectives; develops funding criteria and funding priorities for publication in the USC Register.
The Student Service is responsible for managing the grant awards processes for new applicants and non-competing continuation grantees and for providing overall management and monitoring of ongoing projects, including technical assistance to funded grantees, data gathering and analysis, and grant close-out activities.

The United for universities Service Company (USC) formally well known as Al-Ettihad for University Services created a division called the Student Services Office (SSO), that strives to develop, implement, and maintain an appropriate array of strategies and professional services that support and encourage student success in achieving academic, career and personal goals.
The role of the SSO is to support all students and campuses by applying our core values to assist customers with spend management, procure-to-pay, and travel management responsibilities. The SSO partners with their employees and suppliers to provide collaborative, innovative, and leading practices that deliver high quality expertise, significant value, and excellent customer service.
The Student Service Centre advises students leadership on important procurement and travel management issues and is a proactive source for critical supplier and market information. We coordinate and streamline procurement activity across all campuses to leverage economies of scale and limit variability in cost and quality for goods and services.
The USC continuously adapts to emerging technology, evolving supply chain issues, and changing economic conditions. Our priorities include customer service, value creation, process improvement, technology enhancement, and innovative solutions that best serve the students and community.

COUNSELING SERVICES

USC Counseling Services provides counseling and consultation services to veterinary students, graduate students, and house officers of the University College of Medicine community through a safe, supportive and confidential environment. Clients are encouraged to use counseling to explore personal, interpersonal, academic and professional concerns.
We also provide educational programming on wellness, mental health and academic topics of interest to students, faculty and staff. Counseling Services is staffed by Engineer Riad Mufleh, Engineer Ahmad Ajarmeh and Dr. Ashraf Salamin, a licensed PhD. In the professional engineering management.
